Having been lucky enough to work for some extremely focused customer service businesses, this is something stuart has installed into the heart of the Autotest.

A well-recognized face of the motor trade, Paula has a vast level of knowledge within the industry. Ensuring the highest level of customer service and competitive pricing using her vast motor trade contacts, Paula ensures customer satisfaction.
Rhys Wise – Service Receptionist
A local lad with a good motor vehicle knowledge, a friendly manner and customer service approach, Rhys can be trusted to ensure customer expectations are exceeded on every occasion.
Shaun Smith – Workshop Manager
Everyone within the motor trade circle knows Shaun, his skill level and work ethic is second to none, sharing the same will to deliver the best customer experience possible. Shaun is always on hand for help, support and advice to both customers and the younger members of our team.
Simon Bell – Technician/MOT Tester
Like Shaun, Simon has a wealth of experience, having worked on pretty much every type of vehicle there is. Primarily our MOT tester, Simon ensures customer vehicles are safe and reliable for many years to come.
Callum Hollins - Technician
Now fully qualified, Callum is the youngest of our technicians. He is a capable young man with a great attitude and, with the continued mentorship of the older team members, has a bright future ahead of him.
Brian Clemmet – Stuart's Dad
Brian can often be seen helping out around the garage, whether it’s offering lifts to our customers, cleaning the garage or hanging signs, Brian is always happy to help. He also likes a good natter, so if you bump into Brian, remember to say hello.
